Haven: Early Winter Retreat at Joyful Journey Hot Springs with Sheryl McGourty  | November 6-8, 2026

A haven is a place of safety or a refuge. On this retreat we will find refuge within the darker months through tenderness, attention and practices that help fortify the body and mind. The early winter season is a time to focus our energy and creativity inward to sustain nourishment and bolster our immunity. Every ship comes into a harbor, bears hibernate, fish go into resting states and what do humans do? Often we just simply continue at the same unrealistic and fast-paced lifestyle and then wonder why we are tired and compromised. Come align with the natural cycles of things, come find your Haven.
