Spring Rejuvenation: Sedona Yoga Retreat with Deb Buck, March 27-31

5-Day Hatha Yoga Retreat at the Sky Castle

Rejuvenate | Inspire | Celebrate

Immersed in Nature’s sanctuary in the red rocks, we will attune ourselves with the dynamic rhythms of the Spring season to renew, inspire and welcome a new beginning. A great time to cleanse our perspectives and plant metaphorical seeds for the heartfelt vision of our lives.  Tending to the soil of our own being, we will cultivate the conditions for the seeds to germinate, grow and carry us through the season. With stunning views of the Desert and Mountains, Cathedral Rock and a short walk to Oak Creek, we will explore our inner and outer sanctuaries through the greater context of Hatha Yoga, while embracing cheerful mindedness and playfulness that springtime can invite.

About the Sky Castle:

Sky Castle is an architectural masterpiece, wrapped around a juniper tree that exudes peace and love. Unique furniture, skylights tracking the moon, a library, window seats, covered porches capturing the epic views, a patio floating out to stargaze, listen to the creek below and be with towering red rocks views and a wild gorge. 10 minute walk to many amazing swim holes and shades green creek trails, or great hikes nearby with breathtaking views. About Deb

Deb enjoys fusing devotion, strength, integrity, and grace in order to inspire contagious enthusiasm in service to Mother Earth, Community and Self. She practices deep interest in Yoga as a rich path of transformation, awakening innate intelligence and healing through which yoga combines the practical with mysticism. Deb embraces the boundless yoga practice as something that can open paths of transformation and nourish one’s unique spiritual way of life. Her specialty is to encourage students toward self-inquiry through their connection to nature as well as exploring how yoga practice can be a metaphor for how we choose to be in life and in relationship. She loves to discover and continuously question how to embody the practice; how to really walk the talk and perceives Yoga as path towards wholeness. Deb began yoga at the age of 19 eventually participating in her first yoga teacher training through Yogadurango in 2010. She has since invested her time and heart in study with Bhavani Maki, diving deep into the heart of Yoga Philosophy and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and most recently studies with Eddie Modestini and Kristin Bosteels in the method of Yoga on the Inside.
